JetBlue is following in the footsteps of the US Navy's Blue Angels and the Air Force's Thunderbirds by doing a flyover of New York City.
The flyover begins at 7 p.m. Thursday and lasts one hour. The company tweeted out the route the planes will fly over the five boroughs.The gesture is a salute to the health care workers and first responders in New York, and it comes a week after the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds did a joint flyover mission of the city.JetBlue has three NYC-themed planes that say I love NY, NYPD and FDNY.

Not only is it stupid, but it's a waste of money. Front line workers would prefer the money to be spent on PPE. This is nothing but another propaganda to hype up 'American pride' and to discourage discontent towards this government's failure response to COVID19.
Just don’t hit any buildings.....

Why not donate the cost of jet fuel and the cost to operate the fly overs to healthcare workers. What a waste of time and money.
