So they are saying that the finished items don't match with the samples examined before placing the order. So does the fault lie with the producer of the product or the buyer for not having the stock inspected before shipping and during the production process?

I have read 20 or more articles and couldnt find single writing that explains exactly why and even more why nobody communicate with manufacturer about the issue? Since goverment had seen samples for the product why did not intervened for standarts back then? Seems weird to me..
In my opinion the quality of these equipments is above the standards of English health system.

Let’s correct one thing the supply of PPE equipment sent to Britain 🇬🇧 was not from the Turkish 🇹🇷 government but from a private company. One in which the British government ordered late and in which the supplier didn’t have enough stock. 👍

No one explains what is wrong with PPEs. Strong defamation campaing goes on since yesterday, focused on 'Turkey' word in every British news strongly. Supplier tells they are puzzled about situation, no one reached them but ready to do whatever is needed. This smells fishy.

when all this is over, there needs to be a total revamp of parliamentary laws that includes accountability and responsibility, that means they can be sacked, we need new standards and a total reform of the parliament to a modern one not some 18th century bell ringers

Lie, english government tried to sell this help as an end of shortage but it was only 2-3 days of supply. So when a shortage appears again after WEEKS they try to blame other countries, you already used all of them weeks ago dont lie for politics

Turkey are notoriously bad to buy anything wholesale from their clothing manufacturers. Takes several attempts to get samples right, then they ship out garments nothing like the agreed/ required standard. Fact.

This is such a disaster. First, fake masks from China, now this.
This whole episode has been a total fiasco from the start - we didn't talk to the Turkish government until after the announcement was made (against DHSC advice), the company we bought it from didn't have enough kit and forgot to ask for an export license.
We've got top men working on it right now, top men.

Failures of this government is just tragically comical. This is probably not so much a reflection on Turkish manufacturing as that of the UK not vetting the products adequately from a specific manufacturer(s) involved.
