If only the care home owners had used some of those astronomical fee's to buy appropriate equipment rather than an expensive car and holiday to the Caribbean.

targets can only he 'hit' if people actually attend for testing....... which they have NOT been doing. but as always you blame the Gov. i so hope he carries through his threat to abolish your UNFAIR TV TAX!
