Who knew experimenting in the kitchen could be so therapeutic?

may not be ideal, but it's necessary to reduce the spread of the coronavirus and protect our health. For the most part, I've been feeling fine throughout this entire pandemic, but I do have my moments where I get antsy and anxiety creeps up. Although I have no control over the current state of the world, I do have control over my emotions and how I choose to manage them.
