As Congress puts the finishing touches on a stimulus plan to include new funding to help hospitals survive the coronavirus pandemic, health-care facilities have yet to receive $70 billion of the emergency support allocated to them almost a month ago in the last stimulus package.
The Department of Health and Human Services is facing criticism from both parties in Congress, not only for the delay, but also over a failure to provide more information about how the money will be divided up between hospitals and other providers.
Why is the Trump Administration is quick to give $10 million to ShakeShack but slow to give money to hospitals? Obvi Trump and his cronies want hospitals to collapse so more people die, and then have burgers and fries to celebrate priorities covidiots

Many of the payments are data based. What should the hospitals have done, save lives or move the doctors to accounts receivable.
