Princess Sofia of Sweden has put herself on the frontline against the battle of coronavirus by becoming a volunteer in a hospital.
As most of the world is placed under lockdown Sweden is one of few places that still have businesses like restaurants and schools still open. She explained that she had undertaken a healthcare course and what her role was: "Within the framework of the “emergency response”, I am now placed in one of the hospital's care units where, together with other newly trained colleagues, I support and relieve the care staff with various tasks, including care of patients and cleaning.'
