He didn't need to wave a majic wand. All he needed to do was pick up the phone and talk to us. We have access to large supplies of PPE and have been offering it to the government for 6 weeks now!
He has a brain, he just has a problem engaging it. There are middle men companies involved in NHS procurement that he would rather not talk about. The missing piece of the PPE jigsaw lies with them.
