Genomics Medicine Ireland Limited is supplying the test kits, and the components for the first 200,000 have already been delivered to its laboratory in Cherrywood, Dublin.
It says this will enable the NVRL to ramp up to 10,000 tests per day in the coming weeks supporting a more rapid analysis of samples and a quicker turn-around of test results to clinicians. Dr De Gascun said that the reagents being supplied by Genomics Medicine Ireland Limited will go to the Enfer laboratory in Sallins in Co. Kildare which has come on stream today as a full Covid-19 testing facility this weekend.Three different reagents are involved in three different stages of testing for Covid-19.
Anyone with systems that I know where just told to stay home self isolate and c u in 2 weeks inshalla
Iv yet to meet or talk to anyone who had this test or anyone who knows anybody who had this so who is getting this ?
I’m seeing many, including some of my own friends, that have been waiting over 3 weeks for results. Have not been asked any questions on contact tracing. And now the test results are moot. So on a virus with a 14 day incubation period.. this is policy? Are all tests going to lab?
😷🤔🧐
They said every day this week they dont have enough demand to meet the existing capacity Unless the change the criteria for testing, what's the point
And how come can’t tell us a date these tests can start If we could test 900,000 who will actually carry out examination of tests then in a short period of time Cause it’s PR bullshit while we are all locked uo for another 3 weeks watching our economy evaporate
Fantastic news!
that's excellent and hopefully rte will be allowed tell the real numbers inc Germany test results
Anyone believe RTE?
They've only done 50000 so far now talking about 900000,spin spin spin
Watch for the apex if the curve now, if you can't test you won't get positive results
