The health secretary, Matt Hancock, has urged NHS staff not to overuse personal protective equipment, sparking criticism from doctors’ and nurses’ leaders.
Give them the PPE pronto.. I think PPE should become compulsory for anyone working in the health and care system, not only to be used now against Coronavirus.

Why do I have a feeling we’re all using one mask per day on multiple patients and at the end of all this well have a ton of PPE lying around everywhere 😡 How about we ration when supplies actually get low?
Remember it was first a logistical issue not an issue of supply. It's quite clear the message is 'don't use it properly, we don't have enough'.
