they were eating on the same table. lots of micro-stuff can be passed on the whole time while they were eating. its not just the passing of the salt.

So they tested the guy. He had the Wuhan Virus, he isolated until he was better. (As people do here) After that, it doesn’t stop him picking up and spreading the virus on his hands, clothes etc. He may be walking around fine, but what is the difference if he wasn’t tested? None.
