A confused 86-year-old dementia sufferer was killed when a fellow patient became enraged at her breaking the six feet of personal space rule at a hospital.
This was in Woodhull Hospital, a gov't hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Hospital police let the assailant off with a summons; did not notify regular police immediately; family only found out about it when it was in the newspaper. UGH!
She was murdered for breaking a rule? Seems a bit extreme but not surprising.
So, so sad as if her life wasnt hard enough but to then die like this the result of anothers ilness and the impact of panicking and anxiety caused by this evil virus RIP 😢
