Joe Biden made an early effort to unite Democrats behind his White House bid Thursday, announcing two new policy proposals related to health care and education

The former vice president, who became the presumptive nominee on Wednesday when Mr. Sanders exited the race, said he would lower the Medicare eligibility age from 65 to 60 in an effort to expand the government insurance program.

A half-measure like lowering Medicare eligibility would do nothing but accelerate the program's insolvency. No matter, though, like cancelling student debt, it's just pandering with no plan for actual implementation. Vote for boorish Donald Trump or mindless Donald Trump.

Alternatively, 'Joe Biden made an early effort to buy votes by handing candy out to favored groups'

Joe Biden can't find his car keys. Jill maybe hid them.

And he will enact none of it if elected president.

Why is he with Sanders?

This is what you call pain during to the voters

Lowering the Medicare age simply adds to the bankruptcy of the plan as is just plain dumb.

Joe announces that? On live TV?

“Biden is electable” “OMG we can’t win without Sanders supporters!” Choose one.

Eye roll. Nothing new here.

Now if he can get the healthcare he needs to be able to utter a few coherent sentences.

Sanders still will try to pull Biden left. We don’t need a revolution Bernie

Biden has dementia

Crumbs - nobody's going to buy this junk. They didn't need or want Bernie supporters so sit it out. Let him cater to wine moms and Beltway republicans.

He handed in shit crafted for a cheap headline. And here's the cheap headline.

Joe is never early and heard unicycle. NeverBidenNeverTrump

Two reason why Biden- 1. Unites America. 2. Rescue Republican Party. Simple - but don’t forget about the Senate.

Ummm. Here's the thing. The last resort candidate to unify a party is desperate. Nobody likes desperate. I think everybody would rather go without a president if that were an option.

Until we address the endlessly upward spiral of costs associated with healthcare we’re in trouble. Wait for the litigation coming from COVID. The wheels came off the Educational Industrial Complex long ago and to pretend we can pay our way through isn’t going to work

Perfect. He wants to greatly expand education and healthcare to people over 60, who were born on a Sunday under a full moon in the house of Aquarius. That’s the way to show you’re serious about uniting Americans!

Breaking news: Biden congratulates Bernie on big win. Bernie: But you won. Joe: I did? Oh yeah, I did, didnt I?

Joe looks no president to me. I think he is kind of senile- early stage

Very clear our healthcare system is broken. A national healthcare is needed and is being demanded.

That Biden is what Dems see as the best candidate explains it all.

And why would expanding medicare to 60 entice the left? Also, means-tested anything is garbage

Biden is a unifier. He brings together many groups. JoeBiden2020

Thank you Joe......

Yeah, it's not going to be that easy

Joe 'GUMBY' BIDEN

For healthcare, you need to defeat Mitch more than you need to defeat Trump

Jesus. Promising things why not your money is always a good way to shamelessly go vote scalping.

Nope
