The Philippines has received a donation of 20 units, capable of 1,000 tests for coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19), from Brunei, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) announced on Thursday.

DFA said the actual test kits were delivered a few days ago to the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine . A ceremonial turnover of the donation was made on April 8, Wednesday by Bruneian Ambassador to the Philippines Johariah Wahab to Health Secretary Francisco T.
