116 stranded Cebuano OFWs in Luzon due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) measures are appealing that they may be allowed to come home.

I feel sad for them. Lisod ang malagyo sa pamilya. But in my opinion, cant they just stay there for the meantime? Can the province or city of Cebu extend help to them? Give them shelter and relief goods? They might be carriers... who knows what they will bring here.
