PUTRAJAYA: The Health Ministry will be deciding if Rembau needs to be put under enhanced movement control order (MCO), says Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

PUTRAJAYA: The Health Ministry will be deciding if Rembau needs to be put under enhanced movement control order , says Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri YaakobHis statement follows news that the ministry had identified a new Covid-19 cluster in Rembau, which is linked to the tabligh gathering at the Seri Petaling mosque."We will see what advice is given by the ministry," he said on Thursday .

The cluster involved the staff of a school who have spread the disease to several other locations in Rembau such as Pedas, Pilin, Kundur and Batu Hampar.The government has so far put four areas put under enhanced MCO – Kampung Datuk Ibrahim Majid and Bandar Baharu Datuk Ibrahim Majid in Simpang Renggam; Sungai Lui in Hulu Langat, Menara City One in Kuala Lumpur; Selangor Mansion and Malayan Mansion, also in Kuala Lumpur.
