PARIS has banned daytime jogging to keep people from bending coronavirus lockdown rules as France breaches 10,000 deaths from Covid-19. Other cities also announced stricter restrictions – some controversial – on the day top health official Jerome Salomon told journalists that 10,328 people have died of the virus in France since March 1.
