Don’t test COVID-19 vaccine in Africa – Daily Trust

We unequivocally condemn the suggestion by two racist French doctors that a vaccine being developed for COVID-19 should be tested in Africa. Their suggestion is racist, cruel, irresponsible and a throwback to the colonial era when Africans were the guinea pigs for all kinds of medical, social and political experiments.

It must not come as a surprise that the French are thinking of testing the Coronavirus antidote in Africa. Despite the fact that the outbreak started in the Wuhan province of China. It is all about colonial mentality of the worst order.

It will a great mistake for any African leader to allow the so called covid-19 vaccine to be first tested in Africa. We are so much skeptical.

We are not lab rats

Why always Africa? Why not Europe where they’ve recorded thousands of death... We African are not Guinea pigs 🐖 stop running test on us!

Don't be surprised that the Chinese doctors that are coming to Nigeria are coming to test the vaccine here am telling you take it or leave it

Leave Africans alone.. Africa is not a laboratory..

The vaccine should be test in US not Africa
