Claim that quarantine was 'wrongly implemented' in this case may need retraction, or at least qualification. The NSW Order mandating quarantine for persons disembarking from *vessels* arriving in NSW from ports outside NSW commenced on 8:56 am *Saturday 28th* ..

Suck it up mate. You should know better than anyone. Any of you leave the hotel you should be reported to the police & AHPRA.

16-day cruise off Antarctica not a problem for patients, but 14 days in a Sydney hotel with wifi and mobile phone coverage is?

Doctor was on a '16-day cruise and medical conference off Antarctica'. How much of it was medical conference and how much was dodgy tax deductible cruise?

Again we have in this article the word : coronavirus . This is just the medical term for the common cold . C 19 is supposed to be the problem , but they are not mentioning C 19 . So the article is about the common cold .

Being doctors - why did they think it was fine to go on a cruise at this time?

Yes, well until the two weeks are up then let him stay there. Doctors are dying too from this virus. Obviously there is a gap in their protocols.

And that’s his virus 🦠 gets around to others

Suck it up princess and do what you’re told.

I think many have missed an important point. The new Quarantine Rules for returning Australian travellers doesn’t come into effect until 11:59pm.

Just quarantine please!!!! you’ll save more lives

Stop making excuses ABC.

Not to mention, 'it was a disease free ship'🙄 OMG do we not know by now about *asymptotic carriers*? And he's a doctor WTH

And so it begins : the push to isolate humans forever ( as expected by some in the know) the agenda to separate humans to create a more virtual reality that con-trolls your perception. RUN!

Well he can telehealth from the hotel room he doesn't have to be in his private practice rooms or is worried about not being able charge.

🙄 Watching this doctor complain about having to comply with the 14 day quarantine just confirms how necessary it really is. Ppl aren't taking the 14 day self isolation seriously and this is a good example of why it is.

Them's the rules mate.

Another first rate goose

Everybody who comes off a cruise ship should be in self isolation. Except me. Trust me I'm a doctor.

Well if you had to be tested in the first place it wouldn't hurt just in case, just so the people in charge don't end up with egg on their face.....
