: The Health Ministry has reported one more death due to Covid-19 that occurred today, bringing the toll to 24 cases.

Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the 24th death was of a 35-year-old Malaysian who has a travel history to Indonesia in early March. “The patient started exhibiting symptoms and was admitted to Hospital Kuala Lumpur on March 18. The patient was confirmed positive with Covid-19 on March 20. The patient’s health deteriorated day by day and he was pronounced dead at 9.30pm, March 26,“ he said in his Facebook posting today, while expressing his condolences to the immediate family members of the deceased.
