Vermont officials on Thursday announced the state’s first two deaths among residents who have been infected with the new coronavirus.One was a Windsor County man who had been hospitalized at the VA Medical Center in White River Junction, and the other was a woman who was a resident of the Burlington Health and Rehab long-term care facility in Burlington, the state health department said.
