In light of the public health preparedness efforts currently underway, Myriad’s top priorities are protecting the health and safety of employees, our customers, their patients, and doing what we can to support the healthcare system’s efforts around COVID-19.

If you are concerned about bringing patients into your office for testing, our patient advocates are standing by and can ship saliva test kits directly to your patients’ home and support the patient with any sample collection questions that may arise. For more information on this service, please call 1-800-469-7423.

If your practice is limiting industry access, all Myriad representatives are available via multiple virtual and digital methods. We have contingency plans in place to ensure that you will continually have access to our internal Genetic Counselors, Patient Advocates, Medical Science Liaisons and all field-based Account Executives and Regional Medical Specialists.
