ITALY has overtaken China for the number of coronavirus deaths as 427 more die from the disease.

There were unique circumstances in Lombardy. Many Chinese garment workers before Milan fashion week caused a breeding ground in Lombardy. It is not the whole of Italy. Look at Rome ( Lazio) much flatter. The data everyone is using is very unique to Lombardy.
