Check shops like Home Bargains, Poundland etc for paracetamol. Ours all still had stock last time I looked (wasn't buying myself but people in the queue had it, only noticed bc they were stopped fr buying more than 2)

Symptoms of coronavirus include shortness of breath. As an Ashmatic Ibuprofen worsens that symptom.
