The advice should be, if you are able to keep your children home in a supervised self isolation do so. If children are found out on the streets and violating the self isolation then parents should be fined as per the new legislation. It’s really not that difficult.

I must be living somewhere else .... the advice has been very consistent to me ...stay calm, excercise care.. self isolate & get tested if you have symptoms and are recently back from overseas or have been in contact with someone diagnosed. Wash hands often.
