Four establishments in Pasay City were shut down on Monday after they were found to be dumping their untreated wastewater into the storm drainage system that flows into the Libertad Channel.

Members of the Laguna Lake Development Authority , Department of Environment Natural Resources , and the Pasay local government unit went to the erring establishments that were issued cease and desist orders for violating Republic Act No. 9275 or the Philippine Clean Water Act of 2004.

The LLDA inspection team conducted dye-testing activities for major establishments within HK Sun Plaza as witnessed and confirmed by the employees concerned.
