The San Francisco Department of Public Health said its advice on"social distancing" followed two coronavirus cases among its residents:"These cases are proof that the virus is spreading in our community."As of Saturday afternoon, there were at least 400 cases of coronavirus in the United States, according to the CDC, as well as state and local governments. More than 60 of those cases were in California, where there has been one death from the virus.
