Well when you allow travel from infected areas, you use the good faith self isolation policy, as if look at the one person travelling around for so many days on transit... everyone should be in quarantine. When the WHO says contain dose not mean let them go home
Maybe you should ask Westjet why they took no steps to prevent at least six obviously symptomatic individuals from getting on a plane from Vancouver to Toronto last night. Zero questions. They were sitting all around me, all coughing, blowing noses, one may have had a fever.
