It's NOT the MEAT that is BAD for you, it's all the added fats and sugars that make it that way. I was a vegan for years and became anemic for lack of hemoglobin in my cells. Dr. said I had to eat meat every week, now I'm ok. I follow the exact opposite diet now - KETO- high fat!
