I'm Serbian and if some outbreak happens there I wouldn't take it personally & as racism if people don't want to be around other Srbian people who might be in touch with virus. It's just common sense. My friends aren't going to any crowded places due to outbreak, Chinese or not.

You can't argue against the poor monitoring of health and food conditions found in China. It's not a racial thing but more of an economic environment thing. Nobody is enforcing better conditions. This is why viruses like SARS and nor coronavirus are birthed in that region.
