What to do if you suspect you child is struggling with mental health

TORONTO -- If you notice an unusual change in your child’s behaviour that you suspect may be linked to their mental health, the worst thing you can do is brush those concerns under the rug.

“So what we’re trying to say is: start early. Talk to your kids about their mental health, how they’re feeling, and make it clear that there’s no judgment. You’re there to help, and you want to listen.”according to the Mental Health Commission of Canada.

Once an appointment is scheduled, they say it’s best to come prepared with several relevant documents, such as recent report cards.

So doug ford lied and is just making more cuts... who is fucking suprised anymore I don’t trust the government to do a lot of things, so why am I trusting it to treat me medically. Our tax dollars are being wasted on people who don’t need them in areas they’re not required. Health coverage should be subsidized by private charity, only for ppl who need it.
