Don’t spread fake news, MoH urges public after denying reports of prisoner dying from coronavirus

Saturday, 25 Jan 2020 04:13 PM MYTHealth Minister Datuk Seri Dzulkefly Ahmad monitors the status of the virus’ spread in Malaysia and around the world on the Disaster, Outbreak, Crisis and Emergency Management System after a press conference on the novel coronavirus at the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre in Putrajaya January 25, 2020. With him is Health D-G Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

MoH said the rumours are lies and urged the public to follow its social media pages for up to date news on the current situation regarding the epidemic. “Watch the recent press conference by the Ministry of Health on Facebook for the latest updates and news regarding the coronavirus epidemic,” MoH said on its official Twitter handle @KKMPutrajaya.
