Gogglebox's Amy Tapper has shed over three stone in three months and lost six inches around her waist.
She would only eat two meals a day – usually scrambled eggs on toast for brunch – followed by a homemade dinner cooked by mum Nikki and would enjoy at least three or four portions of Sushi each week. Amy said: “When my first Do The Unthinkable order arrived, I initially found it difficult to eat all the food – but I’ve since changed my mindset as I’ve realised I really do need plenty of good food to fuel my body.
She continued: “I’m quite a picky eater so was worried about how I would cope with the food options, but I was pleasantly surprised. I’m a creature of habit so would happily eat the same food every day for months, but I didn’t have to do that as there’s plenty to choose from. “I’ve never suffered from serious mental health problems, but whenever I do feel a bit down, missing my friends or dreaming of my gap year, I’ve learned that hitting the gym allows my mind concentrate on something else.
