Says who? So bored of these articles. Labelling food as good or bad starts a unhealthy relationship with food. You can have everything in modrration. Good balanced diet, and you can have the odd biscuit, cake, etc.

People need to be able to afford it as well. Nut , Apple, peach,pear allergy doesn't help either.
