Klang district health department public health physician Dr Sukhvinder Singh Sandhu said information on smokers who were reluctant to move three metres away from eateries to light up can be channeled to the ministry’s hotline via Whatsapp or 03-8892 4530 during office hours.

“I suggest they report the matter to us by providing the name and location of their restaurant, time and date as well as a photo of the smoker and the no-smoking sign.
