Soldier bids farewell to his military dog before it gets put down

Two-year-old military working dog Wu Yi suffered from advanced bone cancer.

I'll never forget Liam Tasker and his faithful spaniel and the debt this country owes them both.

My respects.

You have no idea how heartbreaking it is. No words and it stays with you forever!

Been in his shoes a few times, I know that pain well. Hope he is able to deal with the loss. It takes time to minimize the pain but it's always there.

That broke my heart.
