“My brother and I asked the information counter at the Johor Baru EPF office for help because our sister is a cancer patient who is bedridden,” wrote Nur Sheila. To make matters worse, soon after they sorted out the paperwork, an EPF officer approached them and said that they didn’t have to come to the office and could have just done everything manually, but it would take more time. Social media users were equally enraged with the way Nur Sheila’s sister was treated by the EPF employees, as they voiced their displeasure saying that the officials still have a lot to learn.

Ade otak tp tak pakai. Ada hati tp dah keras cam batu. Ada cogan kata tp itu menarikkan pelanggan aje. Jom kita semua withdraw simpanan dari kwsp yg x de guna nih.

Kebodohan melampau pegawai EPF. Elok buang je bos2 mereka

Untuk orang yg sihat.. Memang senang urusannya...No problem at all.. 👍... Tapi klu sakit & dah 'bed ridden'... EPF kena reconsider SOP yg ada & start going out to the field la kannn... 👌

Ntah ape guna pegawai byk2 yg dihire tu. Sometimes urusan bukan sekadar di kaunter, pegawai perlu pergi ke tempat pelanggan untuk kes2 yg memerlukan.

saifuddinabd This is always a problem with KWSP. Most of the staff terlalu lurus bendul. Memang very annoying...BTW, who is the minister responsible for KWSP yah.....any comment?

SaripHj THIS could be avoided totally. Complainant make complaint to KWSP HQ Customer Service Mgr and Call the Human Resource Minister YB mkula.

CEO KWSP patut bertanggungjawab sepenuh nya dlm hal ini...... CEO mkn gaji buta ke? Tlg letak jawatan

macam ini kita ganti semua kat kaunter with ATM like machine je ....itu yang buat bodoh ikut coded arahan.

Many people have never been trained to use their brain. Just follow the 'book' all the time

What has happened to us? 😖😟

KWSP ni nak duit orang cepat je. Berbillion guna duit org buat profit. Bayar staff gaji besar. Tp nak ambil balik duit punya susah. Siapalah yg buat undang2 KWSP ni. Menyusahkan
