Health officials in the Democratic Republic of the Congo said tests had confirmed a person had relapsed after recovering from Ebola - they are the first out of more than 3,000 patients to do so.

People have had relapses in the past but this is the first in this outbreak. The relapse patient is thought to have put 28 others at risk of infection.
