'Inspirational' ex-BBC presenter Beccy Barr's funeral details announced

Funeral details have been released following the death of Lancashire presenter-turned-firefighter Beccy Barr.

Tributes have poured in for the mum-of one since her tragic death. Former colleagues from television and then later her emergency services career spoke of Beccy's inspirational and courageous attitude to life.Details of the funeral have now been confirmed with the service set to take place next week. For those not able to attend a live stream will be available.

Following the service, the family will welcome Beccy's friends and former colleagues to The Wheatsheaf in Beetham for light refreshments and to share stories.
