Amy Dowden looked incredible as she was seen working on her strength and flexibility as she eyes up a return to Strictly Come Dancing after being left gutted over missing the last series due to cancer treatment.
Amy announced the news after undergoing a mastectomy and later bravely documented going through chemotherapy treatment. But while the course of treatment wasn't without its setbacks, earlier this year, she was given the positive news that there was no evidence of disease, however, she will not receive the “all clear” for five years due to her type of cancer.
Beaming for a selfie alongside her instructor, the Welsh star said: "Great way to start the week @pilatesstourbridge." She was also seen showing off her flexibility during a barre exercise while sporting a black sports bra and maroon-coloured leggings. "Feeling better after that," Amy admitted. She announced her first book, Dancing In The Rain, is due to be released later this year and posting to her Instagram Stoy, the 33-year-old shared a picture of her hand over the title page as she added a "coming soon" GIF over the top and captioned it: "Eekkk."
